How do I book a session?

How do I book a session?

Do you offer in-person sessions?

At this time, all services are offered online via a secure video platform, the Jane App, which allows for flexibility and accessibility no matter where you live in BC, Alberta, or Saskatchewan.

What can I expect in the first session?

In our first session, we’ll talk about your reasons for seeking counselling, your hopes for change, and begin to explore your personal story in a safe and nonjudgmental space. We’ll also discuss how we can work together to meet your goals.

How long will therapy take?

Everyone’s healing journey is different. Some clients attend a few sessions to work through a specific concern, while others engage in longer-term therapy for deeper healing and personal growth.

Is online therapy effective?

Yes! Research shows that online counselling is just as effective as in-person therapy. Many clients appreciate the added convenience and comfort of accessing therapy from their own space.
